Terms of Service
PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING
Please schedule all sessions 1 to 3 weeks in advance. If you book a session less than 1 to 3 weeks please contact the photographer at your earliest convenience so we can discuss availability.
All sessions and events are during the weekends only, if needed on the weekday contact the photographer to discuss this matter.
All hair and makeup must be done prior to the photoshoot.
All location projects, traveling fees will be assessed.
RETAINER FEE
All sessions require a 30% non-refundable retainer fee due at the time of booking to secure a date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session or event date. The retainer fee will be applied to the total cost of your session package. In the event of a cancellation, you MUST reschedule within 48 hours of initial notice.
RESCHEDULING
Client will have ( 1 ) time to reschedule a date that works for you, the date has to be determined at the photographers earliest convenience. A $30 fee will be added to reschedule.
CONSULTATION CALL
Before your session is booked, we will have a consultation call/text conversation to discuss your exact vision you are looking for. During the consultation we will discuss outfits, ideas & locations. I highly recommend looking for ideas and concepts in advance so we can have a great start.
LATE FEE
Let’s respect my time and yours, please be on time to your scheduled appointment.
Your session begins at the time booked. If there is a session directly after yours, there will not be an opportunity to extend your session.
30 minutes late - cancellation with no refund of retainer fee.
FINAL IMAGES PROCESS
Image proofs are returned to client within 24 to 48 hours after the session. Unedited proof images are watermarked with low resolution files. You will only receive the number of images outlined in the package that was purchased unless previously discussed with the photographer. The amount of images that are listed in your package is the only final images you will receive. For additional photo retouched is $75 each. Unedited raw images (gallery/proofs) are not included in any package.
TURNAROUND TIME
The normal turnaround time is 7 to 14 business day, once images are selected for final processing is confirmed. Turnaround time may vary depending on the volume of business being experiencing at the time. If the volume of business is high, turnarounds can exceed to 14 to 21 business days.
FOR EVENT PHOTOS TURNAROUND TIME Event turn around time is 48 to 120 hours;(2 to 5 business days). Please be patient while the photographer is sorting out your final photos and applying the basic retouching services.
All images are not eligible for expedited editing at this time.
RETOUCHING SERVICES TYPES
Basic Retouching: Including in packaging
Correcting exposure, color grading, sharpness and clarity of the image.
High-End Retouching: Fee starting at $75 per image
Includes all that was mentioned in Basic Retouching stray/ flying hair fixing, skin spots, acne, scars, blemishes, mole removal, teeth whitening, eyes enhancement, skin smoothening and slightly body and face reshaping. Please be mindful that body and face reshaping is slightly edited and not 100% guaranteed.
PRINTS
There is nothing like holding images in your hands. That’s why I offer prints, albums and many more. These images are keepsakes that not only you will cherish, but generations to come will have to hold and remember you. Ask about our La Carte brochure.
Prints, albums or products will be mailed out after selected images are edited and finalized. This process can take up to 2 - 3 weeks.
SOCIAL MEDIA
This clause applies to all social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and blogs. When published online its is required that citation of photographer be made on one photo post. The client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter any photographs that are placed in public on the internet, (with the exception of the forced cropping for Facebook's & Instagram's Timeline), altered in color, or edited in any way.
ALL SESSIONS AND PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE TAXES.
