Studio Rental Policy

By booking and submitting payment, you are agreeing to the following terms:

RENTER: agrees to pay in full at the time of booking at the advertised rate. 

Additional time is billed at the same rate per hour as the initial booking and must receive prior approval from the studio manager.

A cleaning FEE OF $65-$100 will be billed if the studio requires significant cleaning. 

OVERTIME POLICY:

You must be COMPLETELY wrapped by the end of your booking. This means that all gear, makeup, wardrobe, and anything else is packed up and put away. All garbage should be thrown away. If you are still shooting or wrapping up by the time your booking ends, you will be charged a $65 Overtime Fee.

  1. Images by Deronise LLC reserves the right to approve or deny bookings for any reason.

  2. Payment must be made of 50% of the total price to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours ahead of the booking for a full refund, otherwise, RENTER agrees to forfeit their booking fee.

  3. RENTER: agrees to keep the premises and all items in good order and good condition and to immediately pay for costs to repair and/or replace any portion of the above damaged by RENTER, his/her guests, and/or invitees, except as provided by law. At the end of the booking, all of the above items shall be returned in clean and good condition except for reasonable wear and tear. RENTER agrees to pay for all damages (s)he causes to IMAGES BY DERONISE Studio equipment which are deemed to be beyond “normal wear and tear” by OWNER. All damages will be paid by RENTER at repair or replacement value.

  4. RENTER: agrees to keep the premises free of illegal drugs. RENTER agrees to refrain from smoking indoors.

  5. INSURANCE: RENTER acknowledges that OWNER’S insurance does not cover personal property damage caused by fire, theft, acts of God, acts of others, and/or any other causes, nor shall OWNER be held liable for such losses. RENTER is hereby advised to obtain his/her insurance policy to cover any personal losses. RENTER agrees to use the space at their own risk. OWNER is not responsible for any physical injuries caused to RENTER while RENTER is on the premises.

  6. RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION: OWNER may enter, inspect, and/or repair the premises at any time. OWNER is permitted to make all alterations, repairs, and maintenance that in OWNER’S judgment is necessary to perform. RENTER acknowledges the studio is under 24-hour security video surveillance.

STUDIO RULES:

  •  Do not remove or replace any backdrop from the motorized stand.

  • Please do not use any oils on the paper backdrops, you will be charged a $25 fee if damage to the backdrop is excessive.

  •  Maximum 5 people Allowed in studio per reservation

  • No smoking

  •  No parties

  • Keep doors SHUT and LOCKED at all times 

  • Do not enter staff-only areas

  • Rental start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up

  • ​Must be 18 years or older, Minors must have adult supervision.

  •  Limit 1 Photographer per booking

  •  No offensive or discriminative productions

 

INDEMNITY: Lessee agrees to hold Deronise harmless and indemnify in the event of theft, injury, or other loss or damage arising from the usage of Images by Deronise’s facilities or equipment. Lessee assumes all liability for all damage or loss whatsoever, and/or injury incurred, either directly or indirectly to his invitee, agent, or employee as a result of using Images by Deronise’s facilities or equipment, and for personal property of the lessee, invitee, or employee. Equipment is used at the customer’s sole risk. Images by Deronise shall not be liable beyond the amount of any rental fees for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the customer, directly, indirectly, or consequentially, as a result of mechanical failure, casualty, unavailability of equipment, or otherwise.

FACILITIES: Studios are rented on an as-is basis. No hazardous substances or materials shall be brought on the premises without written permission from Deronise Gabriel

REMEDIES: Lessee agrees to reimburse Images by Deronise for all costs and expenses of collection of any amounts owed under this, or any other agreement Lessee has entered into with Deronise, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees, penalty fees, and continuing rental and late charges plus interest.

CONSENT: By using our website, you hereby consent to our Studio Rental Policy and agree to its terms.
